hey guys! sandra here, coming out from the rock i was apparently living under. seriously, where did these wonderful creatures come from? why does my heart grow two and half sizes when i hear pablo sing? they've got this toy that spins around, lifts its arms, knocks its head back, then taps his foot to the beat. ...and a tear drops from my eye, on the inside of course. but i watched it sing 5 consecutive times in a row. i couldnt get that voice out of my head, i haaad to youtube it. and as much as i laughed at parodies, or ridiculous pairings with salt n peppa, i couldnt help but be truly impacted by real clips from the show. backyardigans, where can i get more of you? pablo, why are you so cute? tyrone, you're an orange black guy. NICE. and uniqua...no seriously, what .... are you? it's wonderful how they're teaching children to accept those with spots, disabilities, or medical conditions as UNIQU(E)A. aka different. beautiful.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

hahahah i know right!? you hear so much passion in their voices, which are not small at all, but you can totally tell they're all like 8 and you can so tell which ones are popolo haha.

yeah pablo has the best voice, have you seen the one where they get stuck on a desert island and the theme is bossonova?

I love how the show teaches kids to like variety of music and encourages imagination.

love!

why do i keep watching this over and over?

1)Volcano sisters remind me of my aunties. It's either the look or the hula. don't know

2)I also like to play with sticks when Diamond Head is erupting.

3)It's the song. ("Pardon us for the interruption but it's time for a big eruption").

auwe maika'i Hukapele!
